3. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed via phone, email, or online booking.
• A cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who repeatedly cancels or misses appointments.

4. Payments and Refunds

• All services must be paid in full at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved financing options.
• No refunds are provided for completed treatments. However, unused prepaid packages may be eligible for partial refunds at our discretion.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
