5. CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK POLICY
At Premier Med Spa, we are committed to transparent and professional financial interactions with all our clients. In the event that a chargeback is initiated on your account, we respectfully request that the matter be resolved within three (3) calendar days. We ask that you work directly with your credit card issuer to reverse the dispute during this time.
Please be advised that once a chargeback has been filed, Premier Med Spa will no longer accept credit cards as a form of payment from the affected client. To continue receiving services, clients with a history of chargebacks will be required to pay 100% of the service cost upfront prior to their scheduled appointment.
This policy ensures the integrity of our business and allows us to provide continued high-quality service to all our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
6. CANCELLATION POLICIES
1. 24-Hour Cancellation Notice
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a $50 fee automatically charged to the card on file.
2. No-Show Policy
An appointment is considered a “no-show” if we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time.
First No-Show: A $60 fee will be charged to your card. To book any future appointments, a $60 non-refundable deposit will be required. This deposit will be applied toward your next treatment. If that appointment is also a no-show, the deposit will be kept as a second no-show fee.
Second No-Show: We will require a non-refundable 100% prepayment of the full service amount at the time of booking.
Third No-Show: We will unfortunately no longer be able to provide further aesthetic or wellness services.
3. Late Policy
We operate on an appointment-based schedule, so punctuality is essential. While we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to perform your service.
If we need to reschedule your appointment due to a late arrival, a $50 fee will apply.
Please call us as soon as possible with your ETA if you are running behind so we can check our availability.
4. Card on File
A valid credit card is required for all new and existing clients to secure bookings.
Fees for late cancellations or no-shows are processed automatically.
If you have multiple cards on file, we will attempt to contact you for confirmation; otherwise, we will charge the primary card listed.
If a card fails to process, the outstanding fee must be settled before any future appointments can be scheduled.
5. Multiple Appointments
Please note that these policies apply per appointment. If you have multiple services booked on the same day (e.g., a HydraFacial and a Botox appointment), late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee for each service ($50 per treatment).
7. REFUND & MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
1. Services & Memberships
Service Sales: All completed services are final and non-refundable.
Membership Drafts: Once a membership fee has been drafted for the month, it cannot be refunded.
Managing Your Membership: If you wish to skip a month or pause your membership, you must notify us prior to your next scheduled billing date.
2. Prepaid Services & Packages
If you have pre-purchased services or packages that you no longer intend to use, they are eligible for redemption as Spa Credit only.
Credit Value: If a service was purchased at a discounted or promotional rate, the Spa Credit issued will be equal to the actual amount paid, not the current full retail value.
Transferability: Please contact us if you wish to transfer your Spa Credit to another individual.
3. Retail Products
Final Sale: All product sales are final to ensure the integrity and hygiene of our inventory.
Defective Items: In the event of a manufacturing defect or damaged packaging, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement.
Returns: To process a claim for a defective item, the product must be returned to the spa in person for inspection.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
