Lauren suffered from a debilitating autoimmune disease called Dermatomyositis. She was covered head to toe in rashes, suffered from extreme muscle weakness and tightness, and had chronic fatigue. She was able to heal herself by healing her gut and within months all her symptoms were virtually gone! This is what inspired her to help others heal their gut with functional nutrition, because everyone should be able to feel their best, and healing your symptoms from within is possible!
